Emre Dönmez, who is the founding partner of Özkan&Dönmez, is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Throughout his career, he has provided legal advice to large-scale national and international companies in various fields, especially real estate and construction law, financial restructuring, commercial law, concordat and labor law.

Along with having knowledge and experience in different sectors, he represents his clients in dispute resolution, case follow-up, management of legal processes, receivables collection. Emre Dönmez, who is competent about the corporate functioning of companies and accounting processes, provides consultancy to his clients in the field of corporate law.

He provides the management of commercial real estate leases and negotiation processes, the execution of detailed reporting and risk analysis and contract processes in real estate purchase and sale transactions, especially citizenship applications of foreigners. In order to solve the problems caused by zoning in real estate, he provides legal opinions and conducts the execution of the processes arising from the condominium ownership and the follow-up of the disputes arising from the expropriation proceedings of the administration meticulously.

Emre Dönmez represents his clients mainly in real estate law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, inheritance law, labor law, commercial law, contracts law and other private law fields.
