Our Team

Asil Özkan the founding partner of Özkan&Dönmez, is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He has deep knowledge about reporting and providing legal support to national and international companies, mainly engaged in mining and energy sectors, reporting on public tender processes by conducting detailed risk analyses, conducting negotiation and mediation processes with administrative institutions, providing legal support in tax audit processes, resolving all kinds of legal disputes that may arise between the state and private individuals, especially compensation cases arising from expropriation and negligent actions of the administration, reconciliation processes.
